"I drove 3.5 hours to purchase a ventless hood, put money down and signed a contract to purchase. They said it needs to get refurbished before I could take it … ok… 2 weeks went by …. I get a call saying they do not want to sell it to me because they wanted to sell it as a package with some other items. What good is a contract if the seller won’t honor it! DO NOT TRUST !! TRY A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT SUPPLY!"
"They have EVERYTHING you need for restaurant supplies, the bad part is that the condition varries. Has the refrigerator, but it's not working, needs a week to get it running, 6 month warranty.. has some new pans and cups and plates available but also has used ones which some are beyond repair. Give him a shot!"
"Now I haven't had any experience with the business, but some equipment went missing from my jobs storage and somehow ended up on the refurbished equipment tab on their webpage. With all the equipment going missing weighing over 1000 pounds, not just anyone could have taken it. Do the math yourself."
