"I called to ask what was going on with the Drs order since I had not heard anything yet.The lady on the phone said she would check, my daughter in-law and I then heard her say quietly that I wasn’t the only one who needed what I’d asked about. This is very rude! I wasn’t asking to be first I only wanted an update. Maybe she should seek employment elsewhere"

"Too bad I didn’t read the reviews before choosing this facility. Doctor sent order for a second mask fitting for my CPAP. Days, then weeks go by and no call. I call, which is time consuming since they either don’t have enough employees or they simply don’t care. They claimed that they didn’t receive an order and even if they had, they couldn’t help me. Guess I’m the only person who has actual sores on the back of my head from the straps of the mask. Will never return and don’t recommend! If I could have left zero stars, I would have."

"The ladies were very helpful to me in getting supplies for my cpap machine. They were also kind and helpful on the phone."

"I have used a mail order and Miller Medical Supplies in the past. I must say both have been better than Aultman Medical Supplies on West Tusc. It’s like pulling teeth to get supplies or a phone call returned. I think next doctors appointment I will have my supplies ordered elsewhere."

"We switched insurance companies last year and my husband is on oxygen full time. It took over three weeks for them to get his oxygen out to house for him. I physically had to go to oxygen company he had been with to get his records and hand deliver them to Aultman Medical. Had nothing but trouble with them. Went back to previous ins company the 1 st of Jan., We live in Canton, had to drive clear to Millersburg to get all his records and it cost me 21.09 because I had to take to ups store to fax pages to new oxygen company. Actually had new oxygen equipment from Apria the next day. Then had trouble getting Aultman to come out and get their equipment. The whole year we were with them, they always had our bill messed up UGH. I will, however, say there were two women that I finally got hold of at Aultman Medical, Kathy In Millersburg and Michele in Canton. Would never deal with them again. Aultman Medical was one of the reasons we went back to previous ins. company so we could have Apria again."
