"I had two items and while trying to process payment the cashier had to reboot the credit card reader. She gave me a receipt and sent me to customer service where to “get cashed out quickly while the cc reader re-boots” I watched two people with multiple items go through her line and cash out. Not sure why she sent me to another terminal to wait behind other people when I could’ve have waited at her terminal for less time. Anyway- I set my items down and left because the wait time was way longer and slower customer customer service desk."
