"Had to drop off an Rx for my pet - there was nobody in line, and they weren’t busy for a Tuesday afternoon. Took nearly an hour to get an antibiotic that should have taken less than 15 minutes to prep and deliver. Used to work in a pharmacy- it doesn’t take an hour to fill an Rx unless you have an incompetent team / Pharmacist working behind the counter. Won’t be back. I can go to Drug Mart and be in and out in 15 minutes - even with potential issues. This needs to be looked into as this isn’t good for business and I don’t like having my time wasted."
