"No issues. Needed drug test for work. Was in and out in about 15 min. They only do walk-ins, but I called ahead to see how busy they were. Friday morning--it was slow, and I was the only client there. Staff were all professional, courteous, and efficient. Only complaint is that it can be difficult to find parking. The building's attached surface lot was full, and street parking was scarce. MetroHealth does have a large garage but there's a fee: not sure whether IMA can validate."

"Automatic wait time of at LEAST 30 minutes up to 3 HOURS. Front desk nurses(?) were incredibly rude, blunt, and uncaring. Also, Google hours are incorrect -- they close weekdays at 3pm, not 4pm. Again, the front desk nurse was unapologetic in informing me of the fact. This place is unwelcoming. It's like purgatory. They also do not answer their phone, and as a previous review noted, they clearly don't care about busy people who have to take drug tests in very little time. (EDIT: 4/10/18) If you need a drug test, be aware of the actual hours noted in the picture, not on the website. I came at 1:30pm and the nurse, clearly very unaware of customer service and basic human courtesy, told me they were done for the day. Not a single apology, smile, or glimmer of humanity.)"

"Went there for a drug test @ 8:00am, However the door was locked. I saw people in there but they would not open the door even though they are supposed to open at 8. I was not let in until 8:20 when they unlocked the doors. The staff was very unprofessional and do not care about people who have to take drug tests."

"Longest waitimes ever! There was only 1 person in the waiting room and it took me over 45 minutes to provide the sample! Its ridiculous here....all the nurses were very busy talking about their weekend plans but not just getting 2 people out of the waiting room."

"Was scheduled to take a drug test here today, with window based around this locations hours giving me till 4:00 at this location. I arrived at this location at around 2:20. There was a man looking up cars for sale, and another woman playing candy crush on her phone. So i waited at the desk for about ten minutes... finally someone comes up and asks what i am here for, I give them my info slip and they tell me to sit down itll be 20 minutes. Almost an hour passes, and they call my name (im thinking finally i can get this over with), and they tell me i have to find somewhere else to go and hand the paper back to me, and the representative without any apology or explanation other then her "computers acting up", she says good luck, because you gotta find a place in 45 minutes... I call the screening scheduler and they said this place relayed to them that i am in the progress of taking the test, and basically i have now missed the scheduled time, and my potential employer now has to go through the scheduling of the test once again. Thank you IMA, for risking a great opportunity i now might not get because of this."
