"Came in to fill a prescription, 5 minutes before the pharmacy staff was about to take lunch and they were already closing the gate. Lunch is taken from 1:30-2pm so as I rushed to the counter, I said it’s not 1:30 yet, I’ve got 5 minutes and I really need my prescription, please and Chris, the pharmacy tech, said “AND?” The rest of the staff was very kind and helpful to me and they opened the gate so that way I could retrieve my medication that was already there and ready for pick up but CHRIS, thought that being snarky and rude was the best way to go. So, I’m writing this review because I feel he should be aware that is not the proper response to a customer needing their medication who showed up before their scheduled lunch time. I can understand if I walked in at even a minute before their lunch would take place, I would’ve stayed and waited until everyone returned. However, I was at the counter a full 5 minutes prior to their lunch time and he was unnecessarily arrogant and rude. Rest of the staff was kind and helpful to me so I am not complaining against any of them. But Chris, needs to do better or find a different job."
