"If I could leave zero stars, I would. I called with questions regarding a new prescription and the person who I spoke to gave me almost no help, and before I could finish asking a follow up question, I was hung up on. It's been like this at each Kroger Pharmacy location I've been to. I get that we're all overworked and exhausted, but don't be a jerk on top of it."
"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever visited. Be prepared for up to 30m waits in line to pickup prescriptions that are already filled. Because they are literally that slow...The only reason to make this your pharmacy is because its close to your house and you get Kroger rewards. If you care about quick in/out service, visit the local CVS instead. And on the last visit, the filled only 3/4 prescriptions, despite having over 6hr time, and the missing prescription caused me to deal with their long line. They are inept."
"WORST PHARMACY EVER. Do not get your prescription filled here. They tell you it’s going to be ready when you get there every single time then you end up waiting in line for them to tell you “it’s not ready and I’ll be 30 minutes “ They also send you text alerts that things are ready when they aren’t. The staff does not care, no urgency or sense of customer service."
"Their definition of "auto refill" is fill it when they feel like it. I've heard them say before while I've been standing in line that they don't actually want to be there doing their job and that people should be grateful that they are even there. Kroger needs to hire new people that actually feel like showing up to work and doing their job."
"I understand that there were multiple new people on staff, and that running my insurance seemed to pose a challenge or a learning experience, but I was not listened to or treated fairly. I was picking up prescriptions for a sick child and instead of fixing a mistake and running my insurance again, I was simply told that I needed to pay cash for a medicine or wait “a week,” for a prior-authorization to go through on a sick child’s medication. They were so busy, so understaffed and so short on medication— none of which is anyone’s fault, of course—but this mistake should have been corrected. Not everyone has the money to pay for a mistake like this. A little respect and time goes a long way. I will not be filling any more prescriptions at this location."
