"This pharmacy is the worst I've ever experienced. There's always a wait for my prescriptions. The 30-minute break should be divided among the staff. As a private business, they should never stop operating for any reason except emergencies! The Kroger Plus card doesn't swipe at their machine."

Twice they are out of stock two times they are closed for lunch and the next time I finally get there 10 min before they close and they refused to give me my meds because they were about to close Knowing I take a medication that cannot be missed. I explained that I had been trying for days and they definitely didnt care. This is the most unpleasant unprofessional pharmacy ever..."

"This is one of the WORST Kroger pharmacy's in Ohio. The staff won't provide me an override for my vital meds. One is life threatening if not taken for a week. The staff finally gave me three tabs and now they don't want to see me at the counter. Good night and Good Luck!!"
