Reviews
"I don’t understand all these negative reviews. As a diabetic with multiple other health issues, I have 7 or 8 different monthly prescriptions at any given time. This pharmacy is always helpful and always quick to respond. The gentleman with the long hair is probably the best pharmacy tech in the tri-state area. On multiple occasions he has gone above and beyond to make sure I get everything I need and clearly explains any issues that arise. This is by far the best Kroger pharmacy."
"Absolutely awful. With any other Kroger pharmacy I might be more lenient, but deliberately obfuscating your phone line's option to speak with a representative, all to avoid dealing with re-stocking issues? Completely asinine move. How is it that this pharmacy, with as large as it is comparatively to others, is able to move less medication and create more obstruction? The only answer here would be in the lack of transparency. Clearly, there's an issue with being upfront with customers regarding the logistics behind the supplier and delivery process. I understand there's a shortage in the Adderall of all things right now, however with the automation currently in-place, there is no definitive way to actually get ahold of someone regarding my other options for my prescription at this location, specifically. Even after heading through all the prompts to reach the representative line, the front-end associates will not pick up. Adderall is classified as a Schedule 2 drug, meaning that the option for automatically refilling is non-existent at this time. Even with my dosage being so low at 5mg, I still need to call into my doctor monthly to get a refill scheduled to this location. To wrap... If you're going to keep moving the phone lines to prevent people from calling because you can't keep up with the demand... Either address the problem at hand, giving customers the option to see what other doses are in-stock to work with my doctor on, or don't bother calling this stores' "pharmacy" a pharmacy at all."
"Totally messed up with my 4 prescriptions today I was told by Pharmisicst that they would be ready at 3 and this was at 12 p.m this afternoon and when I returned ay 345ish only 1 was filled so I'm still waiting on 2 to be filled and I've been sick for weeks was finally able to get in doc and get prescriptions now the pharmacy is keeping me from my prescriptions causing me to not get better as fast as I possibly could with better service. We all have bills and need to go to work Ive been working sick and need my meds bad I've not slept more than 2 hours a night for the past month or longer..."
"I loved waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and when I get to the window, no one says anything although I can hear them laughing and chatting away. And they allow people to wait for their prescriptions that aren’t ready yet causing other people to have to wait because there is NEVER more than one lane open. But when I press the help button, they just go to lunch and leave you sitting there without saying anything. Causing me to have to go all the way home and come back later because my son needs this medication. Maybe train your employees to communicate with customers instead of ignoring them and being rude because you’re in a hurry to go to lunch. I was there before 1 o’clock, by the way."
"This location is always very busy and slow. Often prescriptions are not ready when promised and you either have to wait or come back later. The employees seem overworked and beaten down from the volume of prescriptions that flow through this pharmacy. I would recommend using a local neighborhood pharmacy rather than this place."
