Walgreens Pharmacy

"They are unable to find any medications associated with my profile every time i need to refill. I've requested auto refills that I am assured are set up each time, and it never is. I've been hung up on because they cannot understand me (I grew up here and have no issues with anyone else understanding me). I will refill multiple scripts at the same time and they will only fill one so I have to wait at pick up for them to fill them. It's amazing how awful this location is--don't write off the first, second, and third bad experience to niceties as I did. Find a new pharmacy."

"Not the brightest pharmacists around. Filled a script on 6/13/2023 and picked it up the same day. I kept everything, the bottle, the bag, receipt, and medication pamphlet, all said 6/13/23. I even have the charge on my bank ledger for 6/13/23. The next month, the same script was called in on the 13th. But the pharmacy wouldn't fill it until the 18th, since they said the computer showed I picked it up on 6/19 instead of 6/13. I offered to bring in all of my evidence. I was told by the pharmacist that I'd be wasting my time, and the computer is never wrong. So, I was without my medication for 5 days. I just laughed. I was a computer engineering major. I know how wrong computers are and can be. The software that runs the computer is written by people. People aren't perfect, hence why updates and patches have to be released regularly to correct those errors. Seriously, Walgreens, get a clue."
