"This location should be closed down they are rude they will agnore for long periods. they don't have the correct pricing always have to call ins Co for them to get it right. They will try and over charge you. The pharmacist ride so they don't have to deal with you. Go to the winton rd location they are 100 times better."
"Was in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one came to the window. I rang the call button 3 times. Went inside and asked if it was closed. They said no they just haven't gotten over there yet. At least acknowledge the person and say "we will be there as soon as we can". Don't just ignore the person. So unprofessional. If you are so busy you can't get to the drive thru then don't have the open sign on. I've worked at a kroger pharmacy and I know how busy it can get but I have never once thought to just ignore when someone is ringing the call button. Very unimpressed with the professionalism of this pharmacy."
"I seldom ever write reviews, but this is the most rude and slow Kroger pharmacy I have ever experienced. Alot of times the workers will just chat with their friends who are visiting the store while on the clock with customers waiting, you can expect to wait 20+ with maybe one customer in front of you due to how lazy and slow the workers here are. It’s actually astounding there is no accountability by management to recognize the serious issues they have. The three employees I’ve ever delt with here are short when speaking, no compassion, and rude and I’ve always waited patiently with a smile. If at all possible do not use this Pharmacy."
"I've had nothing but issues getting scripts filled. Its difficult to talk to staff over the phone if they even pick up. They always put you on hold and sometimes its for long periods of time. I tell the staff member taking my calls that my insurance wont cover the medication but to fill it anyway. I wait several days and call and they never fill it anyway because my insurance wont cover it. Every time i fill this medication it takes me over a week to get it filled because of this ongoing issue. They tell you they will have it filled on the day of and when you call to check status it says it wont be filled for two or three days. It's just too difficult for something that should be easy. I will be taking my business elsewhere"
"A fair group of customers set far too unrealistic expectations for pharmacies. All things considered, it is a very decent one compared to others in the area. A large portion of the issues can be attributed to a lack of staff, which is not the fault of the employees at all. Rude treatment from clients is going to discourage anyone from wanting to work anywhere. Furthermore, prescriptions are not made isntanteously, it does not matter that you were "at the doctor" 20 mins ago and the doc said they would send it. Just because they have a drive thru does not equate the process to fast food and thrice so the mentality that accompanies it. Some other key things to note to everyone viewing this: Insurance doesn't always cover everything, especially OTCs Pharmacies are not the ideal place to buy all medical equipment, they cannot bill insurance for a large portion of them. A phone call or text does not always mean your rx is ready Pharmacy staff are not paid to haggle with insurance or whatever third party one is using, the best they can do is mix and match or lower days supply to what your insurance will cover. The less pharmacists you see, the longer things are going to take, you cannot expect one pharmacist to run several vaccinations and verify prescriptions rigorusly within the span of 10 minutes. Anything that is not confirmed to have a fill request after failing to bill insurance will likely not be filled, you should call the pharmacy to confirm the willingness to use a discount card or cash out."
