"For a local Pharmacy that’s trying to compete with the lower cost chain Pharmacy’s, I don’t know how they do it so well. They have SUPER friendly and helpful Pharmacists that seem to actually care and like their job. Knowing it would be a little more expensive, I happily left the chain pharmacy to come here for 3 main reasons: (1) Happy, Caring, and Helpful Customer Service (2) Convenience of near immediate filling when Dr. sends in prescription (3) Not having to battle the crowded parking lot & long pickup wait lines at chain pharmacy To be honest, I do keep thinking about the few bucks I’d be saving if I switched back to a chain pharmacy, but then I snap out of it... the 3 reasons above are well well worth the premium paid... also, not everything is more expensive though, this is just my experience with what I pick up for the family. Keep it up Adrien!!"

"At first, I loved the idea of using a local pharmacy. However, over time the experience for me has been shockingly disappointed. On one prescription, they charged me the wrong Medicare tier (higher of course) than they should have. I called in and they corrected it. On multiple occasions where I had to take 2 pills per day, they did not multiple by 2, that is, I got 30 pills instead of 60. Twice I've received only 90 pills for a three-month supply (2 pills per day times 30 x 3 = 180). The first time I questioned the count and they send me the other 90 pills. The second time, when I inquired at the counter, the pharmacist said my doctor's prescription was written for half at a time (90), but the pharmacist didn't offer to show me the prescription. With the other trouble I've had, I am dubious the prescription says that. I like that they deliver for $3 per delivery, and the people at the register are super friendly. I fear there's something odd going on in the back - I wonder if one of the pharmacists is incompetent or worse; I wonder why their pill-counting process doesn't catch these errors .(I've NEVER had any miscounting with any other pharmacy I've ever used!) I feel the urge to leave, but I am loathe to change to a chain pharmacy and leave our local business. On the other hand, even a local pharmacy must meet professional standards. So I'm torn. And I do like the counter service and the delivery service!"

"This is a very welcoming "small town" pharmacy, not selling much beyond what "small town" privately owned pharmacies sell. No liquor, no soup, very limited cosmetics/personal hygiene. World's greatest staff. After 20 years, I know all but the new pharmacists on a first name basis, they live in Madeira or nearby, and I feel welcomed. Why people would go to a large box chain store for something as personal as pharmaceuticals is way way beyond my understanding."
