"If I could rate more stars I would. First I'd like to commend them on how quickly they were able to come to our home, within 2 hours of calling them. Second, I think we can all agree that the state of the economy is hitting us so hard these days. Of course I had an incident with my financial situation after I called these guys to come out and when my husband went to pay we realized we were a bit short of the quoted price. Completely embarrassed I went to talk to the tech and tell him we had part of the money but we didn't have all of it.
