"The tech pharmacist Rebekah is top notch and really does enjoy helping out the customer..I had to drive all the way up from bluffton today to try and chase a script down that I have been attempting to get filled since 5/1 of this year..I went to my dr and her office was closed but Rebekah was insistent and called her off office twice and was finally able to contact my dr and get my script done today Kudos to you for making this happen .."

"I was at walmart pharmacy tonight. 10/18/22 (Brittany was my cashier and a young man with dark hair whos name started with R was the phamacist.) I was there late, there was a mixup/ red tape about my medicine. Instead of being cold, smug and flippant about it they were kind, helpful, and actually tried fixing the problem instead of coldly dismissing me. They were the Best. They did all they could do while staying within the gudlines they must adhere to. All pharmacist teams could learn somthing from them."

"I wish they would all be on the same page. One person told me my script wasn’t there, then the another person told me I could pick them up today. I waited and waited then someone else what was I waiting for. I told her I was waiting on my script because I was told I could fill it today. Well she told me no, not until tomorrow. I didn’t get a sorry for the mix up, confusion or the fact I waited about that time. Disappointed in service tonight."

"Just talked a nice Gentleman Pharmacist! Wow what a difference from the Lima Rd. Location! He was so helpful. Placing a note on file so perhaps, I don't have to talk to Pharmacist every time new perscription or change unless I want to. Gee this will save time since my Dr. already explained. Makes all the difference in the in the world. My perscription will be picked up herw."
