"Great selection and a clean store. Needs more staff, they are qoeking with a skeleton staff which is sad because they have great people that work there. They added self checkout kiosks which probably explains the lack of staff. Shame on corporate on doing that because I bought alot more when you had people to guide around and give creative suggestions and upsell. Their framing department is very knowledgeable and has great people. Got a ton of stuff done there including the gi my Sensi gave me."

"With a delay after Christmas finally found the time to write my reflection. I went as usual as the Advent time started to buy the advent candles, and went straight to the area where I always get them. I found menorah candles, I found lots of winter season and other holidays accessories , but no advent candles. So, I asked and sadly I was informed that this year they didn’t even have them in the store. Why? I asked. The answer was ; ...it is a good question asked by many people this year... . Next I went to get the Christmas cards and what did I find? Everything , but Christmas cards! Very disappointing. IT IS CHRISTMAS!!! WHEN JESUS WAS BORN! Not Santa, not a holiday , not a winter season! Please stop changing the character of Christmas. If you are legit business treat every religious holidays the same and don’t get into political correctness, because that is not a store place to do."

"Had 2 more items framed. The work is always great even if the interactions are not. Sometimes, it feels like it takes a minute for them to warm up to human contact, but they always pull through in the end. A special order border came faster than expected as well."

"I personally do not come here often, but the kids love to come for some art supplies and today for some Halloween decorations. I will say the place is always super clean and when you can find an employee they are nice. The pricing is always good compared to other stores and the Halloween section was 50 percent off so that was a bonus today. I am sure just like every store they have staffing issues so aside from not much help on the floor it's a nice place to shop."
