"My mom brought her ring to get it repaired on July 22nd and the workers told her that it would be ready in two weeks. Two weeks later, my mom did not receive any phone call from the store and called to see what the status of the ring was. No one picked up and she drove to the location and saw that the store was closed due to the staff being on vacation. A phone number was listed on the sign, however, and my mom called the number and the lady on the other end said to come to the store the following Tuesday (8/15). My mother went to the store on Tuesday (today) and the workers there said that the ring is still not ready and that they will give her a call tomorrow on what the ETA is. As much as I would like to support a business that is family-owned, this type of service is unacceptable. There is a lack of transparency provided by staff for when the ring is available for pick up, and my mom had to go through the lengths to call the business on several occasions and visit the store multiple times for no reason whatsoever. 1/5 Stars."

Daniel’s Jewelry is also great for jewelry repairs and custom modifications. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings. The staff are all SO nice and professional.
