"I took my ring to another jeweler about 2 years ago for resizing. I noticed a few weeks ago some strange separation and cracking across the bottom of the band (first photo). I took it to Stones as I wasn’t sure if this was a problem that I had caused or the previous jeweler, but didn’t want to take my chances. I wish I remembered her name, but a very sweet lady at Stones let me know they had to replace the entire bottom half of my ring. They did it flawlessly. You can’t tell at all that it’s not the original band. They also fixed two prongs. That big of a fix came out to $230 and was absolutely worth it."

"I I sent a watch along with the broken clasp that I wanted replaced on the watch to Stones jewelry. Instead of putting the old clasp back on the watch to at least try to size where the clasp should be placed apparently what they did was just to attach a clasp where it used to be and then call the job done. Firstly, the watch band now is significantly shorter and I am unable to put the watching band on my wrist and secondly the manner in which to detach the clasp is on the inside of the watch band and would be nearly impossible for one to detach while wearing it. I thought this jewelry store had an actual jeweler in its employ. I could have received the same expertise from Walmart. This ridiculous process cost $80 and now I am stuck with a watch that would barely fit my 90 year old mother. If you want a real jeweler I would never use this jewelry store it's ridiculous."
