I had trouble finding out how to book an appointment online, then when I called no one answered. As soon as I emailed the address on the website I got a response right away. Everyone was very communicative and I felt very comfortable. I am not a talker AT ALL especially when getting my hair done. Kayla didn’t seem to mind or force conversation with me. "Brought my daughter in for her first full color treatment for her birthday. Consultation with the owner went great, but unfortunately she wasn't the stylist. I chose a salon that specializes in color so that I wouldn't botch it at home. They did a great job with the bleaching, but the rest I could have just done myself. We left with a mess of splotchy uneven color. Hot pink roots with little saturation through her ends. I spent $200 for them to barely look me in the eyes while they said it "adds dimension"...we're not talking dimension, it was giant uneven splotches of orange yellow and pink. No problem letting us leave unhappy and unevenly colored. Very disappointed. I went to a salon to AVOID leaving her looking like mom botched an at-home job, just to find myself fixing it at home anyway."
