"I took a painting in to get framed. They quoted a date that they weren't able to meet. Then, I just happened to stop in to see if they had a new time frame for me. It was ready. It would of sat for two more days ready for me to pick it up. It took more than double the quoted time. The manager said it wasn't supposed to be ready till the 10th, the 2 more days, and that someone would of called on that date. Unacceptable. Michael's lost another customer for life. Poor service, poor manager."

"Drive 25 miles to return an on line order that wasn't right and wasn't even delivered ( had to pick it up at the USPS because they don't deliver --so what's the point??). Waited in line over 20 minutes. Person that finally showed up to work the counter couldn't find the order in the system, even with the receipt and card that paid for the order, flailed around for awhile. Then some smart a$$ man in the now long line starts harassing me. Store didn't intervene, instead told me to call customer support. WILL NEVER SHOP AT MICHAELS AGAIN."
