"Excellent customer service! I have bought a couple boutonnières for the mother/son dance from them and they have always gone above and beyond. They definitely make you feel like a person rather than the same and that’s hard to come by these days. I highly recommend them!!"

"Very very rude over the phone. I had a couple questions about their services as I've never ordered from a flower shop or this shop before and was met with a very aggressive tone. Any answers I received were quick in an impatient way and dismissive. I did not learn anything from our short conversation and after being questioned as to whether I was calling from another flower shop (to which I said no) they quickly said goodbye and hung up. I did not catch a name but do not recommend taking up their service and will not be myself. If you are going to treat your customers with disrespect and lack of care especially when they are first timers then you don't deserve their business especially in such a sentimental service."

A locally owned business that's been around Brighton for decades. Also, good listeners who could visualize what I wanted, even when I couldn't quite fully express it myself. And all on very short notice, too!"

Bonnie was super patient with me as we figured out what flowers were available during the pandemic and how to fit my colors into the mix.
