"Good people. But monthly prices are way expensive. I prefer going for another provider that's cheaper. Most providers use the same cellphone Towers"
"Extremely rude staff. Spoke to a representative there named Asher. When I arrived with my elderly father to get a SIM card for his phone (per direction of Verizon tech support) he initially seemed to try and help. I told him that according to tech support my father didn’t have a SIM card. He stated differently so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Turned out tech support was right and my Dads phone did not have one. He then stated he couldn’t help in my dads situation, I again explained that we originally came to the Verizon store assistance and were referred to tech support. Tech support did everything they could but told us we could go back to the store for a SIM card and all would be good. Again Asher just kept saying “No” to every Inquiry. I asked if there was someone with authorization/permissions to do what he couldn’t “No”. Is there someone they could call to save another trip and the run around “No”. Finally I asked for the manager and he came. As I was tried to explain the situation he interrupted me and told me to hold on, talking to me as if I was his child. He wanted tell his side before I had a chance to speak at all. The manager didn’t say a word, I told him to give me back my father’s phone. As we were leaving he again saw an opportunity to get the last word by wishing us a nice day as passively aggressive as he could. I asked his name and made a complaint to the Verizon office. Shocked the manager didn’t say a single word or try to give any corrective action to our dilemma and didn’t separate the rude employee from his he situation. Instead just watched as things ensued as if he was hoping a fight would break out. Long post but I just to make sure others knew what they were getting into when they go to this store. UPDATE: Verizon tech support apologized for the inconvenience and made things right."
"On November 2 my boyfriend and I went into the Verizon store to get them to turn off the Verizon Home $25 program. They had him activate when he was trying to set up his new iPhone 15 to waive the activation fee the guy that set us up originally told us all we had to do was come into the store and he would get it turned off after the free trial. We walked in to get that turned off today and Asher who was at the front told us that that had to be something that customer service did we then proceeded to tell him that Jayden told us that he could do it. He told us we would have to then wait for Jayden, so then Jayden was helping a customer, and I finally walked up to Asher and I asked him why he could not help us and he said it had to be something that Jayden had to do and I said OK well we just felt very pushed off because there’s three of you standing around when you could be helping us and he mumbled something under his breath very rude so then I walked back over to my boyfriend and another employee who just got done finishing helping customers came up and asked us if we needed any help or if we had been helped we then proceeded to tell him that we hadn’t been helped, but we were told he had to wait for Jayden unless he could help us. Asher walked over and was very rude to the employee that tried to help us and then very rude to us telling us we needed to stop seeking out other employees to help us when he told us that Jayden needed to be the one to do it. My boyfriend then told him he was not going to talk to me or him that way, and Asher proceeded to get louder and tell us he wasn’t talking to me that way that he was talking to both of us that way and take it out. I heard Asher make multiple comments about how it was close to 7 o’clock, and he was very annoyed on why customers were walking so close to closing. Then he proceeded to kick us out without even helping us when we did nothing wrong I want Asher to be addressed. That is not someone I would want working my store nor will I ever be returning to this store until he has been reprimanded."
"Pretty horrible customer service. I was told by Customer Service on Verizon's chat line to trade in my iPhone 12 at a store. I went to another Verizon store and they told me to go to the Corporate location to trade-in the phone. The first guy told me everyone has been coming in with trade-ins. The second guy tells me he can't take my phone and to call customer service. I told him I already talked to customer service and he went "Well call them again and tell them we said no." Literally no help whatsoever. I reached out to customer service again and they were completely confused by his reaction. A better customer service rep would say "Oh you did? Let me call them now and try to work things out." Lazy staff. Bad communication. I am close to switching to a new service."
"Zero if I could. Ordered the 5G home internet cube online. Went to the store to pick it up, gave them the order number, but they created another order #. It caused so many problems in their back end. So what happened was , The one I didn't pick up they canceled. Then they billed me for both cubes. The one I never picked up, because they gave me a different order number, and the one they removed the activation on, the stores generated order#, that was the one we were using. So too many hours spent online, trying to get this straightened out, even after I had them return the cube they were using. Because it was dead... Verizon's back in processes are out of control. And that one damn cube that I never got is still pending for next month's bill that's just incredible....... Needless to say Verizon will never make it into my Mom's house ever. All because these folks decided to create a new order number on the order number I had already had, and was there to pick up. They simply didn't give it to me."
