Macy's

"If I could rate the zero I would. Customer service is horrible. I ordered a coat Saturday I had one day shipping.The confirmation through my email said that it would be here by the end of the day Sunday. I called three times only to be hung up on by three different operators because I wanted to speak to a supervisor so they just left me on hold and kept checking the mind to see if I was still there and clicking back off the line. I will never shopping Macy's ever again I am a platinum member and I have been shopping there for years. It takes an act of God to get a hold of a supervisor which is ridiculous and when you say you want to speak to one you're put on hold. The people answer the phones talk so fast you can't even understand them they talk over you. Then they just put you on hold and leave you on hold hoping you'll hang up. When I called to speak to a supervisor I expect to see speak to the supervisor it is not the receptionist business as to what I'm speaking to the supervisor about so they don't need to know why I'm calling the supervisor. This is ridiculous."

"This store has gone downhill fast it’s so disappointing. Used to love shopping here. Hannah and Crystal are very rude, neither one was helpful. They both reeked of marajuana and Crystal (not even positive this is her real name since she could barely speak and mumbled) actually bumped right into me as I was walking into the store. At first I thought she was just an ignorant customer but after I was walking around looking for kids shoes (which by the way they don’t sell) she almost bumped into me again! I found a so called manager (Ian) but he had no time to stop and hear my concerns as he was going on break! Unbelievable! No customer service skill whatsoever, not helpful at all, very disappointing. I love Macys but not this location. I’ll have to drive further from home to find a Macy’s that still believes in customer service. Where did all the good people go??"

"Brought my mother-in-law to find her foundation shade match, Riley demonstrated a great degree of competence as far as knowledge in the skincare field is concerned. Helpful and understanding as well. Definitely going back there for further purchases"

"Excellent customer service in that I must have looked like I needed help finding something, and an associate greeted me and pointed me to where the shoes were. She was super sweet and was proactive about reaching out to me (that's not typical anymore). Really appreciated her! Shoe selection was not as great as I had hoped, but the store was clean and looked nice."

"Not as great of an experience as shopping online, but as good as it gets when considering that its a physical store. The fitting rooms are a bit dingy, but tolerable. The staff are helpful and the clearance/sale section is always fun to browse. Macy's at this location now carries Vera Bradley products too! Overall, shopping here is a pleasant experience."
