My first visit to this actual location and the young short lady, apparently the only employee was very knowledgeable and helpful while multi tasking multiple customers and tasks. I was impressed...I wish they had more rare and exotic game stuff...just mainstream stuff here."

"I had purchased a SteamCard for my son for 200.00, which did not work. I knew they would not help me at store level I phone the 800 number on the back of the card, I waited online for 30 minutes and no answer. Not a good way to do business. I spend 200-600 per week at this store. I guess I need to find a new source for his game cards."

"Not a fan of this location. Stopped in to pick up a PlayStation controller which are understandably secured to the wall. Employee continued talking to someone about a new toy line the entire time I was in the shop (I browsed the aisles to give them time to conclude their conversation) I had already looked over everything and went to the front to wait for service but after a few more minutes of not even being greeted I walked out. I don't mind friendly employees chit chatting with customers but at no point was I asked if I needed help or given some much as a welcome. Definitely won't be back when there's cheaper and closer options."

"Stay away from this place. Bought a copy of the witcher 3 wild hunt complete edition and after beating the game tried findng the dlc content the disc comes with and come to find the disc i was sold isn't the complete edition version."
