"When I place an online order for drive up, and let them know I’m coming via the app, I’m always astonished that when I pull up, the employee is already in the parking lot bringing my things. I go to a lot of different Targets in the Cincinnati area, and this one hands-down is the best!"
"I love coming to this location. It’s bright and clean. However, they need to better monitor their checkouts. One staffed and self-checkout with a line half-way down the main aisle. Bring back the people, please. It’s a much better way of doing business."
"Personally, I love going to target with my daughter it is one of my favorite stores. However, sometimes I will go out of my way to not go to this location due to the service. The selection is also not very pleasant in respect to the idea that it is a smaller store. I always have a hard time trying to find healthy baby foods at this store as well as in date produce. I try not to go to this store due to one of the staff members that is surprising rude to customers. I have had several other people share the same experience. However, when the staff smiles back and me and treats me like a human as well I tend to have a pleasant experience."
"This is the store my mom and I went into today. It was awful, we had trouble getting the shopping cart through the clothing areas. It was hard to find sizes. I have never seen a Target store look this bad. Shout out to the guy in electronics that was on top of it. He was very helpful!!! He is the only reason this store got 2 stars!"
