"Great store! Love the clearance isle. Only negative is the bread isle. They never have fresh English muffins, bagels, etc.. they will ALWAYS be expired or about to expire within days."
"Great location, but was an absolute nightmare recently. I tried to buy some stuff from Jewelry counter and couldn't get any help. More customers came up tried to get help as well and nothing for almost an hour. There was 4 of us back to back that continued to try and get help purchasing jewelry. Let alone it was right before a major holiday, you'd think they would of had better customer service."
"The WORST Walmart is Sugarcreek. On 1/8/24 @ 11:21 went to check out at the only register open that will accept a check. I was standing in line behind 2 people when the woman said the register was closed to anyone after her. So I went to the return counter ask for the manager and was told I don't know if there is any in store. He said the manager could be at lunch or walking around. I ask him to call him and he said he couldn't. This store rarely has more than 2 registers open where you can write a check. Staff is almost non-existent except for filling orders for delivery. I heard other shoppers complaining about the lack of workers. Too bad there isn't a rating less than 1 star or a decent manager. No staff knew if a manager was in the store!"

"Austin , younger guy . Idk if he is a manager or supervisor but this guy is awesome!!! Great service , very kind , direct , assertive , knowledgeable, and takes care of the customers first !!! Has solved all of my concerns shopping. Definitely deserves a raise if not a supervisor position. Perfect guy for the job. Thank you again. A+"
