"There is a lot of ice in front of doors someone could get hurt and sue is my concern. I talk to manager he said he couldn't have to call a company. Thou he even neglected to put a sign out to warn their shoppers..Definitely shows no concern for shoppers getting hurt.."

"I go to this Joann’s a lot, and overall it’s pretty good. However, don’t not do any sort of pickup here. It took them two weeks to even get my order ready, and on top of that, they didn’t even have half of my order by the time they actually got it ready. I did a curbside pickup because I figured it would be quick. Ya know click I’m here, wait a few minutes, and they’ll bring your order out. I waited ten minutes before I went inside to get my CURBSIDE pickup order. I walked in and there was no one in line. I saw only maybe a few people walk out while waiting for my order. I will not be doing a pick up order of any sorts here again."

"cool place, but they only had one cashier with a line of about 12 people or more. Also pricing was confusing; I purchased an item that I thought was 5 or 7 Dollars and it turned out to be 21 Dollars. Still good selection and I've gotten good help this trip and a previous one."

"To management- you NEED to hire more people. Your staff are kind people who are doing their absolute best but you are quite obviously not giving them the staffing nor support they need. They seem to like what they do but I wouldn’t be surprised if they quit because you are failing them. I have nothing but good things to say about the employees here & I cannot fault them for the way upper management is not stepping up support for this store"
