"So I don’t like to make reviews and ever put a one because they have to be doing something right… the store can not be ran that bad to deserve a 1star. I know it’s hard to maintain any place of retail however it’s all about TRUTH. Online the store says open until 9pm. I never get to go to the mall ever and my daughter was so happy to finally get to go use her Clair’s Gift Card to finally go to the mall and spend some time together and what do you know. The store is closed! At least post it on your website. Let google know!"
"If I could give it a zero I would. My son took his daughter to get her ears pierced and the lady tried to high ball him on the price. She wanted him to pay $140. for just the basics ear piercing... Because she didn't feel comfortable piercing my granddaughters ear with the basic earrings they usually pierce ears with. Why are you selling earrings that you're not comfortable piercing ears with???"
