"Annie and Alex were extremely cordial and helpful. Aside from my repair needs, we spoke for several minutes about miscellaneous things, including pets and pet rescue. I took two watches in for battery replacement; one was completed within a couple of minutes. A battery had to be ordered for the other. The second replacement was completed within a couple of days. The business is also very military and first responder friendly. My new go-to jewelry store!!! Their friendliness and customer service was outstanding!
