"I wish I could leave no Star because they don’t deserve any star at well. The sales person Brianne was rude, she disrespected me and hung up the phone on me. I provided all the documentation that she is looking for and then she said I am fake and she hung up the phone on me. I called several times to the manager name Todd. I hope he will call and resolve the issue. Brianne needs some basic ethical behavior class.. Update …. Every customer’s last hope is manager but the manager Todd is even worst. He Promised to resolve the problem but he failed to even return my phone call. Upon his request I even went to Maryland State Police Department to verify my identity and Todd spoke to the officer but he never calls back. Folks at this dealership are racists they discriminate you based on your identity. I will take it up this to GM corporate office. Good luck dealing with this dealership"
