"UPDATE: After one day of mediation the installer was very cordial and pretty much totally admitted wrongdoing. They said they wanted to take it back and do everything to my exact request and standard (the industry standard). They repurchased every little bit and bob they sprayed (tiedowns, bolts, plugs) and removed and repeated the entire liner wonderfully. It's not Line-X level perfect, but it's far and beyond worth every penny I spent. Although the owner and his son were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the service they provided for a spray-in bedliner and undercoating was beyond horrendous. They failed to communicate the type of material they'd be using or that I needed to request that my tiedowns, brackets, bolts, and tailgate access panel be removed prior to spraying and went right over all of it. That though, is the least of my complaint. They didn't properly clean and prep the bed leaving caked dirt and WHOLE seed pods near the bulkhead under the liner. They did not properly prep and cover the truck for either the undercoat and liner getting overspray around the bed rails, up the rear fenders, spray mist on the windows (to the point they vibrate when opening). They missed an entire foot of frame in the undercoat. And they layered the tailgate on so thick my bolts aren't even visible, and it bubbled up off the surface. After all of this and hearing my complaints Dave had the audacity to say that I had no idea what I was talking about and that they worked within industry standards. He argued I'd get the same final product from any Line-X or Rhino. Just buy the Line-X for $100 more."
