"I want to like this shop so badly. They have some nice house plants and are in these great locations but the staff are so rude and not helpful. Or maybe it’s just because they are surrounded by these incredibly kind shop owners that the lack of customer service is just so apparent. I went in today intending to buy a really large and somewhat expensive houseplant. I had a few questions and I really felt they thought I was annoying and that there was nothing they could do to help me. I felt so unwelcome that I just walked away. Thank goodness Fern is closer now so I can just go there but wow. Each time I walk in wanting to buy something and walk out thinking, is kindness so difficult? Maybe they’ve just had a bad day the last handful of times I’ve been in there. Update: got the same exact plant from Fern. They were so kind and helpful. Definitely will not be frequenting Gia any more, despite their nice plant selection."
