"Not very welcoming. They need to buzz you in, which is fine for a jewelry store but seems inefficient. Lady in the front of the store seemed bothered by me walking in. Said they could not do watch batteries and suggested I went to a battery store. Went to Kay Jewelers and they helped me right away and were very welcoming. Will never go back to Hannoush."
