I had gotten a bracelet for Christmas that was too small, tried to exchange it for just one size up, the wouldn't do it, nor would they give my husband his money back, the manager just said, "you'll have to eat the cost or give it to someone" very, very disappointing considering he's bought me alot of jewelry from there. I had to take my sister to the mall alot and Pandora was one of her favorite spots to go to. Being in a relationship now I'm taking trips to Pandora.
