"Not the least bit happy. Took my watch here 2 years ago to have links removed and the man behind the counter worked with me removing and adding in links until it was right for me. Fast forward two years and I bring in another watch to have links removed. Was told they were too busy and I'd have to leave it with them to have it done. Same man measured my wrist and wrote down how many links he thought should be removed. Since they did a good job before, I went with it. (Although I could have done that myself or sent it out by mail to have it done). Came back to get watch a week later and man behind counter declares the fit "perfect". NOT ONCE WAS I ASKED IF THE LENGTH SUITED ME. I should have spoken up but was really pressed for time and thought I would get used to the length. I did not. I'd already been told how busy they were so there was seemingly no time to remove/add links. I am so happy he's pleased with his work. I am not. I should have known what to expect when the brand name of my watch was misspelled on the service ticket. Never going back"
