"I've ordered from here twice and both times I loved my custom necklace and my sons custom necklace. My custom necklace was ordered in 2021 and still looks amazing. However, I am definitely unsatisfied with my last purchase. I ordered for a special event at the end of February. I ordered Jan 15. These items were in the ready to ship category so I put the order in based off the shipping times etc and to allow time for any mishaps. Had I known i wouldn't receive my order in time. I could have gotten a different necklace with another company but because I was more familiar with this company I decided to order here instead… I was notified I will not get my items until the week of the 26th and unfortunately my event is the 23rd. I reached out to customer service and was shown the shipping policy which I saw should ship the the same day or next day and take 2-5 days for ready to ship items. Now I’m back to square 1 with my accessories for my event. And I’m sure anything I order wouldn’t be here by the 22nd at least"
