I have lots of jewelry from here but the loss of three stars because they gave the wrong information for an engagement ring about the return/exchange policy.. unfortunately the attitude we got from the “manager” was astronomical!! My MIL called to get some information on this and she was extremely rude. Unfortunately they have lost three customers and anyone else I can tell.. (location the Greene in Kettering Ohio)"
"I love my rings from Pandora, they hold up really well! I am not leaving a bad review because this is not the employees' fault but something is messed up with the Google maps for this location so I wanted to give a heads up for anyone trying to get here! I was so lost today using Google maps driving and walking directions and it turns out it was taking me to their old location by Von Maur. The address listed is correct but the maps was not registering this. It is across from Sephora, not by Von Maur!"
