"Great selection and really cool pots! I’ve bought from here once and loved what I left with. Recently I just ordered online and the shipment took 18 days from the initial purchase. I emailed after a week of no notification (as I had understood the shipping was a six day delivery) and didn’t get a response so I went to instagram and they said they were sending it out on a Monday when their shipment gets in and sending a little “thank you”. (It was a printed “thank you” card. Was not informed of any delay when initially purchased. I’ll definitely shop again here as the product is lovely! I’d just hope for a better line of communication to customers who are purchasing online."
