"I waited nearly ten minutes for a Sephora employee to finish a private conversation about her husband with a friend/customer (in the middle of the store.. loudly..) Then I get informed that what I thought was a $20 product (because it was fully stocked in the $20 section for that product, so apparently they weren't stocked properly) was actually $40.. and that I couldn't use Kohl's cash! I was incredibly frustrated and disappointed. What a nightmare. I don't think I'll be back to this location, which as a Kohls Card MVC is really disappointing."

"Yes, Kohl's in Troy Ohio has good products. But I have had a bad experience with upper management. Being very rude. I honestly believe they need to be fired. I had a good friend who worked there. And they are a very honest and good worker. And they got fired Messing up a transaction, So at the very least. I just wanna tell you that they don't truly care for their Employees. they will fire them at any time for very Dumb reasons I wouldn't advise working there or purchasing anything at the troy facility. It is a very corporate place and Running around with higher ups being rude I would recommend just shopping local"
"The store was fully stocked and had everything I was looking for. I didn’t know they were going to have a self checkout area and I used that for the first time. It was pretty easy to use. I had a security tag that needed removed and the associate showed me that each checkout area has a tag removal spot. I think they should have introduced the self checkout a lot earlier in the year so people could get acquainted with it before the Holidays."
