"Sent us a not working $400 Movado watch. Bought online. Tried to return to store for or exchange and the were less than professional. Awful experience. They even tried to lie and say it was our fault and we broke it. Never again will I purchase from Kay's. Terrible."

"This Kay Jewelers store is by far one of the best Kay Jewelers I have ever been to, if I have any issues at all they solve them in any way they can when I send out my jewelry I get it back at a timely manner and it always looks beautiful they do an exceptional job when cleaning and take their time during their inspections. They saved me recently from an unnecessary repair that was misdiagnosed by another kays, (lima ohio , horrible store btw never go there) The staff there is so accommodating they're extremely friendly when you come in they are not overly pushy when it comes to sales in a matter of fact they are so kind to me that the last time I went in for a repair I ended up buying more jewelry that I didn't plan to buy just because the customer service was so good... Completely forget what all of their names are but I will update this post when I pick up my jewelry because they are three employees there specifically that I deal with each time and they are fantastic, 2 women and a man. Highly recommend this store and any of my family members that use Kay Jewelers I will definitely tell them to use this location because it is by far the best that I've been to out of all the 15 years I've shopped through Kay Jewelers."
