"My 1st & last experience: Very excited to finally stop in this Boutique. Keep in mind that the main reason for me deciding on a review is she was insulting! I bought a small purse although pricey, decided 2 days later to return, as I didn't think the strap would hold up over time with what I need to carry. I googled vegan leather after I bought it, is not as durable as I'd hoped. (I drove from another town) & on my way to return, noticed the receipt said either exchange or store credit. I remembered there was nothing else I was interested in...(from my 1st stop 2 days ago) & hadn't planned on going back. So, I called my credit card co. on the way to Piqua. They said I could dispute it, I told them to wait, as I wanted to see if the owner would credit my card. Store owner absolutely was not going to! That's when I brought up that I had called the credit card co. & told her what they said. I had actually figured it would go somewhat like it did, just not that bad! I told her I didn't know you couldn't return an item esp. within 2 days AND having the receipt! I don't normally shop in Boutiques, they are usually pricey, but with stores closing down, having trouble finding shirts. I told her the average person would assume you could make a return. She wasn't very nice, she was highly upset and said "No, the average person would not think that". I already felt bad, but as she wanted to show me how money is more important than customer service (her attitude was unbelievable)! I stayed calm and now over an hour or so later, I am still reeling from what happened! I was trying to stay very nice over it, told her I understood her take, I also understood mine, it's MY money & bottom line, I changed my mind, wanted a refund, not made to feel bad like she tried! I wasn't sure before going if later on, I'd wish I kept it, after what happened, I am glad I returned it! Lastly, I mentioned to her I had no idea of the policy, she said it's on the receipt, so AFTER you make a purchase, THEN it shows up on the receipt. She said most people ask, really? I'm in a new store, my focus is on finding some clothes I need, what place doesn't honor a return in 2 days & with original receipt! I also felt bad the way she acted when she credited the wrong account, I only caught it when she handed me a receipt that was not the correct refund. I felt bad that happened but not my doing either!"

"stopped in here on my walk today and was immediately greeted and welcomed in! the clothes are super duper cute, especially the dresses, and of good quality too. there was a good selection of clothes, shoes, jewelry and even soup mixes to choose from, and staff were consistently helpful and friendly."

"Lovely clean exhilarating store. Displays are realistic. Clothing is quality merchandise. Prices are very reasonable and you can find tops, skirts, culottes, dresses, jeans, sweaters, jewelry, shoes....another wards outfit yourself from head to toes. They have extra goodies that are perfect for gifting or treat yourself. I enjoyed shopping there, found something to bring home and the store itself is uplifting, bright, joyful and I suggest you go there and experience a great treat."
