"Since I'm helping my parents get their new house set up before they move in, last thing on the list was to get a water softener. Being that I myself have a kinetico system, I knew my parents needed to get one because none can compare to their quality. I went to Kinetico's website to see if I could get a quote. I entered some demographics and patiently waited for a reply. The next day Peacock Water reached out to me to get the ball rolling. Customer service was courteous when answering all of my questions and I was able to get scheduled for the free water test and quote. Fast forward to the day of the appointment and Mike, our water guy comes in. Immediately I felt very comfortable around him because he is very friendly and amicable. He is very knowledgeable and was able to go over everything in detail. When I had questions and called him back right after our appointment, he knew it was me. The days leading up to our next meeting, I texted him questions about our options and he always had the right answer. If Peacock Water is any reflection of their employees I would say they are a 10/10. When the time came to have everything installed, the only hiccup I had was that I hadn't been notified the day before the time of day they were coming (you schedule the day but don't know the time until a day before). So I called early the day of to see and found out I was the first appointment of the day. But it's ok, I was planning on being at my parents house early for another appointment anyway. The day of the installation very went well too. The installer was very hard working and efficient. He showed me where the best places were to install the water softener and reverse osmosis. After everything was all said and done he went over the equipment again in more detail. A kinetico system is costly but well worth it. Before our last meeting I was nervous because it is a big investment, and I wanted to make sure I was doing business with a reputable company. I checked out their Google reviews and relaxed quite a bit. Peacock Water has been in business for over 70 years and they have several locations and service many counties. Lots of good reviews too, so I knew I was in good hands! And I hope this review helps you think so too!"

He was very personable and took his time to really get to know us and our needs! We would 10/10 recommend him and as a bonus he brings fresh baked cookies!"

"The whole experience from start to finish was great. Mike (AKA Otis) came out to the house for the quote and it was like talking to an old friend; no pressure and he was honest. Seeing the tests was also helpful. The price was fair and the installation came out great too, really neat work; Ed did an excellent job. My new softener and RO system are working great, I’ve never had such good water. Mike made the experience easy from start to finish and checked in the day after the installation to make sure I was happy. And he will even give you a tray of cookies for working with him!
