Lowe's Home Improvement

"Multiple times I have continued to keep giving this Lowe's chances in hopes there service would change since we moved here and the other hardware store is an hour away! This past week though, 4 times I visited this store and 4 times too many. Idk what is seen as customer service when your walking around more concerned about your phones, ear buds or personal conversations that shouldn't be had on a sales floor with other associates in front of customers but even with what looked to be District people in the store cause if that was your managers ALL OF YOU NEED to be retrained on what you are there being paid to do!! I wholeheartedly understand having bad days, but what I don't get is how it's every single day in there and damn near all the employees! They purposely don't make eye contact, they do not ask if you need help, and let me tell you when you proceed to ask for help and pray to God they actually point you in the right direction and you don't have to ask again cause it's like you just stepped in front of the solar eclipse in the prime moment of photo opportunity.... I will ALWAYS from now on make that hour drive to go somewhere else, I know saying that doesn't mean a damn thing to the people reading it but Marion Lowes has some of the rudest, ill-mannered employees with serious lack of knowledge in where items are it's unbelievable! I wouldn't even give one star if it didn't make me"

"Lowe's in Marion sold a snowblower to my elderly in law's. They are in their 70s and paid to have it put together and delivered to their home. When the snow came they went to use it and the thing was put together wrong! And didn't work. My husband called to get answers and they said " it's been more then 30 days" and that they hire out to put things together!!! They wouldn't even help or replace anything. It was broken and didn't work. So make sure before you waste ur money there or allow elderly to. That they don't really care about customers!!!"

"My home away from home! We bouggt a 100 year old house 8 years ago and have gone here for all our home improvement needs. We have more work to do on this old house, so we will definetly be returning. Their carpet installation crew is amazing and did a fantastic job as well! The photos below are of the carpet/ paint we bought at lowes to improve our home."

"Poor service. While speaking to lady at appliances expressing my desire to buy nearly $10,000 worth of appliances she walked off midsentence. Picked up a few other items no cashiers when I asked if someone could check out the items lady upfront says no to go to lumber manager of cashiers offered no help. I asked three people for a manager. They did not get store manager floor manager happen to come up. Expressed my concerns. Got corporate number and store number to allow corporate to know of issues. Went to menards got help, cashier,price match, 12%back ok receipt to many other places to go to waist money where not wanted."
