"We used McKenzie's Flower Basket for our wedding (bouquets and boutonnieres) and they were very professional. You could tell Kathy really enjoys her job, she had a lot of good ideas and everything turned out perfectly! The morning of pick up was during the black swamp festival and she was ready for us as soon as we walked in the door with instructions for how to keep our flowers looking great for the wedding! Would definitely recommend for anyone! Flowers were beautiful and received lots of compliments!"
"I was pleased with the service I received from this flower shop. They were helpful in working with me to select an arrangement and the recipient was grateful for the flowers and card. However, I was disappointed that I wasn't able to see a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered, and I was surprised that the final cost was higher than we had agreed upon without my authorization. For these reasons, I'm leaving a four-star review instead of a five-star review. Overall, I appreciate their efforts and would consider using them again in the future."

"I ordered flowers for my daughter, who is a student at BGSU. I live 90 minutes away so I was not able to pick out exactly what I wanted. I asked for something bright and cheerful and the flowers they delivered are perfect. Had no issues or trouble delivering to the dorms for me.
