"Mail carrier on my route is horrid. Half the time she doesn't even try to deliver packages. And she has been caught throwing packages out her window onto the ground. Puts the wrong mail in the wrong boxes."

"Was inquiring about a delivery that I did not receive. I did receive one other package that day but it had some weight to it. They were very rude when I said the tiny item was not in my mailbox. The order was very small and lightweight and must have been put on the porch and not in the mailbox with the other mail I received that day. It had blown down the street two houses and was found, wet and nasty since it rained yesterday, in a neighbors yard. For a tiny, lightweight item, put it INSIDE the mailbox. The person on the phone was VERY hateful and rude when I said I received everything but that item. I had to search my neighborhood to find it."
