"Food is great. People in store are nice as can be. But the call center is a big let down. Tried to place my order and got so frustrated when the woman couldn’t speak good enough English to take my order so I hung up and called back hoping to get someone different but it was the same person. Placed my order and asked 2 times if there would be garlic with my order and the call center lady assured me there would be. So I picked up my food and drove home only to realize there was none in the box. Went back to town to get some then went home to eat my now cold food. Do better papa Johns"
"My family absolutely loves this place and our new favorite is the shaq a roni pizza. Coming from NY, I haven't been able to find pizzas as good as those in NY until now. Thank you for your service, for always having it hot and fresh, along with your employees who are always nice and accommodating."

"first order was ice cold, offered free medium pizza to make it right after complaints, just ordered free pizza and it’s now in the oven because it’s dough. aside from the that i got hung up on for asking the status of the delivery after itd been an hour and half. would advise everybody to order snappy tomato or pizza hut in the area if they want a pizza you won’t have to cook yourself. better business and health dept will be called tomorrow."
"If i could give a 0 star i would do it. 2 times in a row i ordered online and received a call could not be delivered bc no driver. Before I waited around 2 hours for delivery of my order. I will not order again from Papa John's in Cynthiana."
