"I went through the drive-thru and was parked for fresh fries. I waited for a little over 10 minutes and received my food it all came in one bag which usually they separate them and asked if it was all in there and was told that it was. I double checked and was missing a fry and my sauces. So I went back through the line to receive what I was missing and the manager was extremely rude, I may have been upset but I was in the car with a screaming infant and frustrated my food was not correct. When I went to call because the manager treated me awfully she came back with “my name is Della with two L’s” I tried to have a conversation with her because she said that they were short staffed and I did not need to be so rude. But I was not meaning to be when I explained that to her she was just extremely rude, I did not curse at her or anything. I was not even offered an apology for my food that was missing. She just stated “I checked your bag and that’s why I handed it out” but I told her if she didn’t believe me she could check for herself. Extremely poor service. I understand times are tough especially this time of year but that is not reason for a manager to treat customers that way. I had no issue with parking, I didn’t even make the boy working in a sling fix my drink that was wrong. The management was terrible and I will not be back."

"You need to be very detailed about what you want. Be sure to check your receipts and food in the bags especially if you place more than one order at a time. Food has always been excellent, even when I got the wrong sandwich."

"Only reason I didn't do 5 starts is their speaker in drive thru is some times hard to hear. People are friendly. Foods great. Fast service."
