"I bought a foreclosed home. The bank required I use Ohio Title Corp instead of my preferred title company. After closing I received 2 years of back water bills totaling over $1,000. After multiple conversations with Tracy at Ohio Title Corp she refused to correct their mistake and have the bank pay the bills. The water company would not turn on the water until the past due balance was paid. So I paid it. The water company said they get calls all the time from title companies asking for account balances. Ohio Title Corp did not take the time to make a phone call. I paid for the title search and I paid for their mistake!"
