"I called this place to ask a few questions about a check and rick answered the phone and preceded to be quite possibly the rudest , slowest, and disrespectful person i've ever spoken too. He kept correcting me and acting like I was idiot because I've never cashed a check at this store before. I arrived at the store shortly after and he continued his blatant disrespect and terrible customer service skills. After receiving my money and asking for his name I told him he should work on his customer service skills in a very respectful manner and he then started arguing with me and telling me i was in the wrong. As i was leaving the store he stood up and motioned to the back like he was going to do something and i proceeded to go to the back to find nothing besides my car because that's where it was parked. Rick seriously needs counseling if he's power tripping this hard in a cash checking store. P.S. i would've mopped the floor with him"
