"I waited for 45 minutes to set up 2 accounts. It was a Saturday and I arrived at 11am, the bank closes at 12 noon. After the worker finished with the customer ahead of me, instead of helping me he started talking to a customer who standing in line. I walked over to the worker and said I’m here to set up two accounts. He tells me that he can’t do that today and that I need to schedule an appointment or set up an account online. When he was asked why he couldn’t help me, he said they were about to close and he had paperwork to finish. I could not go online because I had money to deposit into the accounts. The Huntington bank on Wilson Mills in Richmond Heights, OH is a joke. I will NEVER go there again!"

"The ATM outside on the building worked properly one out of four trips to it in several weeks. Entering the building to speak to employees who seemed a pathetic and uncaring that the ATM does not work. The indoor ATM is locked up on the weekends if that's what you want to call being closed"

"Huntington Bank is a joke when it comes to being hacked. I have only used my current debit card 3 times and have already been hacked. This has happened 9 times in less than a year! What do they have in place for security? A sign that says, "Please don't steal, Jesus is watching you."? Switching banks when this dispute goes through....so unacceptable. If you like your time and money, don't bank here. I won't be too much longer."
