They care more about how much they can shove in a trailer then peoples products or stuff , more stuff is damaged due to pore management not being trained or due to the person running the place yelling at management to get more in the trailers .. PLEASE DON'T SHIP THROUGH HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF SAFE"
"Never again will i use abf for freight shipments. I will use a local transport company. My shipment was supposed to be picked up 1/17 but didnt. It got picked up on 1/19 and made it to dayton ohio on 1/24 and is still siting there for some reason i dont know why. Everytime i call i get told its being processed or delayed for no reason. I am very unhappy with abf right now and still charged me almost 1800 bucks from tx to wv a 2500lb load."

"If you need your shipment in a timely manner make sure to call the HUB at ABF FIRST. They only deliver North Monday, Wednesday, Friday. and South Tuesday and Thursday! Steve (ABF scheduler) was very rude and would not be flexible on delivery. As a company, I have never dealt with someone that treated their customers like Steve did to ours, rude & careless. We for sure will not be using ABF to deliver in Indianapolis any more."
"Never had a reliable experience. Drivers do not call in advance. Poor communication costing hundreds of dollars of down time waiting for shipments on out of state job sites. I recommend getting better with communication and realistic timelines."
